Mount Blanc Plaza consists of two adjacent buildings totaling 8,500 sq.m. The buildings were acquired from Philips with a partial lease back in 2006. With a detailed asset management plan, Westcore refurbished, repositioned, and released the buildings. The firm increased net operating income by more than 50% and the average lease term from three years to more than five years. The buildings were sold in October 2013 to a Swiss Institutional Investor.
