Florent Deschepper

Florent Deschepper is based in Geneva and focuses on the strategical asset management of Westcore’s portfolio across Europe. He also provides support for acquisitions in Switzerland and other European countries.

Florent has experience in value add real estate transactions across a broad spectrum sectors including multi-tenanted offices and industrial properties. Prior to joining Westcore he worked in Paris as an associate in the real estate acquisition team of Harbert Management Corporation and as an analyst at the student housing investment platform of Oaktree Capital Management. He started his career in the real estate structured finance team of Natixis in Frankfurt.

Florent holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Sorbonne Business School, and is fluent in both French and English and proficient in German.
